Safety - it's serious!

As a team RMF have over 100 years combined construction industry experience and over these many years we have seen the good, the bad and the ugly of on-site safety. As we still find ourselves in the midst of a global health pandemic site safety has never been so important. At RMF we understand that site safety extends beyond toolbox talks and PPE it needs to be entrenched in our minds, knowledge and behaviours. As part of our commitment to our teams safety we carry the following safety accreditations;

- Alcumus Safe Contractor
- Samson Stage One
All of the aforementioned qualifications ensure our compliance to the highest safety standards expected by all of the leading contractors that we work with. We also pay for a Citation membership which enables to provide all of our colleagues with regular online training courses to keep their knowledge up to date.
We are extremely proud of our health and safety record and we have never in our 31 year heritage had a reportable or serious health and safety accident. All RMF site teams and sub contractors are given a comprehensive induction including full health and safety briefing and testing following their training.
In light of the current circumstances we have created full COVID risk assessments and we have re-trained our staff to ensure they are aware of their own responsibilities to keep themselves and their colleagues safe. Our HQ has also been made COVID secure with the installation of screens, social distancing markers and signage alongside daily sanitation.
