Long Buckby FC welcomed Blackstones FC to Station road on Saturday 1st February, the game started on an even keel with both sides pressing forward to take an early lead. The game gradually fell into the posession of Long Buckby and they started to dominate the attacks and defended consistently, the first half ended 2-0 in their favour.

With the second half the team expected a tough time defending their lead however they knew if they kept form they could mantain their victory and they not only did so but managed to finish on a final score of 3-0.

RMF would like to congratulate the team on their success and wish them all the best for their match on Wednesday against Whitworths. We are proud to support such a great local team and happy to support the transportation of the team with our RMF mini-bus for away games.
