Can you warrant a second user raised floor?

To answer this question, we will explain how by drawing some inspiration from other industries, namely, the car sales industry.

As many of us can attest to the second-hand car market offers us all the opportunity to purchase vehicles that have been previously used and owned by others.

The network of car dealerships throughout the UK illustrates the demand for used vehicles. Many car dealerships buy a variety of vehicles from a number of customers and manufacturers.

As part of the vehicle checks they often clean, service and perform their own checks throughout the car. Once these checks are completed, they will then offer any prospective customers the comfort of their own warranty. This warranty is provided by the dealership and means the customer can return to the dealership should any issues arise with the car after purchase within a specified period. The warranty offered is never challenged by the manufacturer nor do they have any input in providing the warranty terms.

The warranty offered by car dealerships does not differ in principle to the one RMF offer on our RMF Eco Range second user system. At RMF we clean, check and randomly test panels that comes through our processing facility. We then re install the panels onto new PSA tested pedestals and provide our 25 year full system warranty.
