How to reuse raised floor: A step by step guide
18 June 2021
If you are reading this article there is a good chance you may be about to come across a project where raised flooring is due to be removed. So we are here to give you a step by step ‘how to’ guide.
Firstly when you are next on site get pictures of the existing raised floor as follows;
- Picture of the side edge of the panel
- Picture of the underside of the panel
- Pictures of barcodes or makings
- Pictures of the pedestal supporting the panel
Next step is to send those pictures to stripout@rmf-services.co.uk we will then give you a no obligation appraisal on the panels potential for future re-use. If it is a system we can reuse we will send you everything you need to palletise and band the panels for collection.
When you are ready for the panels to be collected we will arrange our transport team to collect the panels from ground floor at no cost to you.
It really couldn’t be simpler or more sustainable! To reduce the environmental impact of your next strip out and demolition project look no further than RMF.
If you have any questions regarding the process then please contact us on 01926 425289 or stripout@rmf-services.co.uk
