Koba, Manchester

One of the many reasons we love what we do around reuse is when we find likeminded clients who champion what we do around reuse. The team behind 100 Barbirolli Square are precisely that kind of team.

The client KOBA has sustainability at the very heart of what they do and they have a bold desire to focus on people and planet creating healthy workspaces.

RMF were instructed to complete the works on the ground and 1st floor, our scope of works included;

  • PVA sealer to sub floor prior to installation
  • Supply and installation of RMF Eco Range to suit 140mm finished floor height
  • Floor box cut out’s
  • Return to de-rock panels post installation of partitions and services

The works were all completed on programme and in budget which is the RMF standard.

By utilising our RMF Eco Range second user raised floor panels the client has benefitted from cost and carbon savings. The use of reused raised floor is an excellent opportunity to support the circular economy in action whilst still achieving a 25 year full system warranty.

As you can see from the finished results the project is as sustainable as it is stunning. We are certain the new tenants will enjoy their brand new workspace.
