RMF were appointed to complete the new CAT-A raised flooring works for the refit of Inca House in Kent.

Our works were split into two phases with the initial phase of works for Level one completed in July 2024. The Ground Floor works were completed in October 2024.

Prior to installation we completed a hoover on the sub floor and a coat of PVA sealer to prep prior to installation.

On both floors we installed our RMF 29mm Titan PSA panels to suit a 95mm void. By opting for our RMF Titan panel the client received a shiny new PSA tested panel with a 25 year full system warranty.

As you can see from the site progress photos the floor looks perfect for marketing to new prospective tenants.
