11 Station Road

The works at 11 Station Road, formerly known as Cassiobury house have been a true transformation. The building was previously a 1970’s structure that needed a modernisation to offer a refreshed and future proof workspace.

The space boasts a prime location being a mere stones throw from Watford Junction station and some equally impressive FTSE 100 neighbours.

RMF’s scope of works were as follows;

To supply and install two coats of PVA sealer from ground floor to level 4
To supply and install 30 minute AIM cavity barrier to suit 50mm void
To supply and install RMF Titan 29mm medium grade raised access floor panels from ground floor to level 4
To install flat plate bridging on containment clashes across all levels
To supply and install ramps on landings to all floors

As you will note from the below images the final space is a refreshed and revived space ready for new incoming tenants to enjoy and collaborate within.
