78-80 Cornhill, London

RMF were delighted to have been appointed by Scott Osborn to complete the raised flooring on their recent project. Practical completion has just been achieved on this CAT A project at 78–80 Cornhill, London for AXA UK Pension Trustees Limited.

The overall project ran for 15 weeks and comprised of the strip out and refurbishment of the existing 5th floor office space.

RMF’s scope of works were as follows;

Supply and install RMF Titan 29mm PSA panels to suit 100mm finished floor height
Supply and install ramps and prefabricated steel toe plate
Vacuum clean of sub floor prior to installation of the raised floor
Supply and install one coat of PVA sealer prior to raised floor installation
Perform cut outs for floor boxes and grommets

RMF also worked closely with the site management to co-ordinate early deliveries and offload of materials to avoid disruption to other tenants.

The works were all delivered on time, in budget and snag free. Another successful project complete.
