The client brief for the works at Boar Lane was to refresh the building back to a CAT-A standard whilst creating a sense of identity in line with the landlords brand. The client wanted to create a CAT-A space for new tenants to make their mark and communal areas that encourage local businesses to collaborate and blend.

RMF’s scope of works were to supply and install 4,400m² of new Medium Duty BSEN raised access flooring throughout all 5 floors of the building.

As you can see from the finished results the building has been restored to a modern and fresh environment for new tenants with a variety of features including a restaurant, coffee shop and communal work spaces.
