CAT-A Collaborative workspace complete

RMF were comissioned to complete the installation of new raised flooring for a CAT-A fit out in central Leeds and we are delighted to have received sign off from the client that the property is now ready for letting.

The contractor and clients aim was to create a blank canvas for prospective tenants whilst ensuring it was a collaborative workspace. There is a dedicated tenant entrance area, a hospitality-style foyer, a restaurant, coffee shop and a whole host of services.

RMF completed the installation of a new raised flooring system over all five floors of the building using a RMF Medium grade panel, installed onto new pedestalls with a fixed floor height of 100mm.

Due to our nationwide coverage we can successfully complete projects with ease regardless of their location and it is testament to our logistics and contracts teams competent management skills that this project was successfully completed on time and to the clients requirements.

Judging by the finished site pictures and the transformation from the original strip out we have no doubt that the client will secure new tennants with ease.
