33 Cork Street
Over the years RMF have been fortunate to work on the restoration of a number of London’s period properties. 33 Cork Street is another of these stunning properties within the Mayfair district of London.
The building underwent significant complex internal remodelling prior to RMF’s attendance to increase the lettable space and modernise the internal floor plates across all seven stories.
RMF’s scope of works included;
- Supply and install 1,300m² of new medium grade raised floor
- Supply and install 200m² of RMF Eco Range raised floor
- Two coats of PVA sealer
- Void clean post install
- Screwing down of perimeter panels
The project achieved WiredScore Platinum – the highest-awarded mark showing the building meets exceptional standards of quality for its wired infrastructure, resilience, and wireless network. The project was initially targeting BREEAM Very Good but the team managed to achieve an assessed score of Excellent which is awaiting certification.
As you can see from the images below the project has been completed to an extremely high standard whilst retaining original splendour of the building. We look forward to working with this project team again in the near future.
