10-14 White Lion Street

10-14 White Lion Street is situated in the heart of Angel, comprises of a 68,555 sq ft, seven storey (plus basement) new build workplace. RMF were delighted to be appointed as the sole raised flooring contractor, our scope of works included;

Supply and install two coats of PVA Sealer to sub floor
Supply and install ramps
Supply and install PSA Medium Grade New Raised flooring onto a new all steel pedestal under structure
Supply and install cavity barrier prior to services and partitions
Pre-loading of materials to site

Our works spanned over 5,100m² across all floors of the project. Following completion the project achieved the following;

→ BREEAM Excellent

→ WELL Gold

→ 29% reduction in CO2 emissions from Part L benchmarks

We are partnered with a leading UK Manufacturer who offers both a fully PSA specification compliance and adherence to the PSA/MOB/SPU/1992 raised flooring standards. Our PSA panels also come with an Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) allowing for maximum claims under BREEAM, WELL and other sustainability standards.
