Hythe House

RMF were delighted to have been appointed by a leading interior fit out contractor to complete all raised flooring works at Hythe House.

Hythe House is located within Hammersmith only 3 miles West of Central London in a thriving business district. The scope of works was to regenerate the building to attract tenants looking for a fresh and modern workspace.

RMF completed the supply and installation of new medium grade raised access floor to all CAT-A areas ready for the category B fit out to be selected by incoming tenants. In the core and lobby areas we supplied and installed our RMF Eco Range second user raised floor. By selecting our RMF Eco range as a screwed down system ready for ply overlay to take finishes and ceramics the client benefitted from both a cost and environmental saving vs a new system.

RMF’s installation teams are highly skilled and as you can see from the pictures we are confident and experienced in installing in both CAT-A and CAT-B areas.
