Bricket Road - St Albans

RMF were delighted to be appointed on yet another sustainable and innovative commercial office fit out project. We were selected as the sole specialist raised flooring contractor for all raised flooring required at Bricket Road, St Albans.

The project had ambitious goals to push the boundaries on a sustainable and ethical fit out. The existing building was being modernised to attract new tenants and uplift the energy performance of this legacy property.

RMF completed the supply and installation of over 4,000m² of our RMF Eco Range throughout the ground, first and second floor.

The building is on track to achieve a BREEAM ‘very good’ rating on final award an outstanding achievement. The use of the RMF Eco Range has contributed to the building scoring under BREEAM and is one of many projects we have supported. We are also the only contractor globally to hold an Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) for a reused raised floor panel, an EPD can support with a point increase under the BREEAM guidance.
