RMF were delighted to have been appointed as the sole contractor on a new ‘plug and play’ fit out for a leading UK interior fit out contractor. The project is called ‘Space’ located in Woking.

Space offers large, open plan flexible floorplates totalling 87,010 sq ft over basement, ground and seven upper floors. Designed to a market-leading specification and benefiting from impressive sustainability credentials, the building has an EPC A rating and a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating. The top floor features a large outdoor terrace with extensive views of acres of green woodland at Horsell Common and the London landscape.

RMF installed our RMF Eco range as a screwed down system onto an all new steel pedestal structure. The RMF Eco range comes with multiple benefits to the client including a cost and carbon reduction.

As you can see the new ‘plug and play’ workspace looks fantastic for incoming tenants and another competent install completed by team RMF.
