Another successful CAT- A Fit out

Another week another successful handover a Category A fit out for our client, this building will untimately house multiple tennants and we look forward to seeing the final results.

The RMF team were awarded the contract to upply and install RMF PSA Medium Grade raised access floor system; installed onto new all steel pedestal understructure to suit a nominal 150-180mm finished floor height with an adhesive fix. We also agreed with the client that we would remove the existing 13,000 panels and recyle these thus contributing to the BREEAM score of their project as recycling of flooring is one point under current guidance.

Ian Jones our Director of Contracts commented 'we are very proud of this project, the team from start to finish worked efficiently to establish how best to co-ordinate the site, ensure the works were completed in a timely manner and our client was able to continue the main works post installation with no delay.'
