Financial Client - Fit out

RMF were appointed as the sole raised flooring contractor by a major UK fit out contractor. The scope of works for a private financial services client and the works spanned a full strip out, and subsequent fit out of a new kitchen catering facility, servery and restaurant with an additional coffee lounge to a separate floor.

Works included a completely new mechanical and electrical installation with AHU, FCU, supply and extract systems and power and lighting. With exposed services and an acoustic raft ceiling, this project also features bespoke servery equipment, joinery and timber effect flooring to enhance the design.

RMF’s scope of works spanned 6,097m2 and were as follows;

To supply and install RMF New PSA Medium Grade raised access floor system; installed onto new all steel pedestal under structure to suit a nominal 150-290mm finished floor height; adhesive fixed only

The project was completed within a live occupied environment we worked closely with the contractor and their building facilities team to ensure minimal disruption throughout the duration of our scope of works.

As you can see from the below pictures, the finished result is an impressive and high end finish.
