16 St James - Internal & External Fit out

RMF were appointed by a major UK interior fit out contractor to complete the internal and external raised flooring works at 16 St James, London.

RMF’s scope of works spanned over levels 4 and 5 and included a combination of both CAT-A and CAT-B works for the client. Our scope of works were as follows;

Level 4

Supply and installation of 562m2 of RMF Eco Range to 150mm finished floor height with acoustic pads

Completion of post installation on site-buffing and de-rock

Level 5

Supply and installation of 515m2 of RMF Eco Range to 150mm finished floor height with acoustic pads

Completion of post installation on site-buffing and de-rock

Terrace

Supply and installation of 77m2 of RMF external Domus terrace system

RMF also returned to site for additional works in the toilet and lobby areas as these works were outside of the original install sequence.

As you can see from the below images the finished result is a truly bespoke grade A+ office space that was let within weeks of being listed.
